Paula brings a range of experience from community service organisations with an accomplished track record in sensitive organisational and political settings that include roles in community development, family mental health, child welfare, family violence, youth services, family services, and work with the Royal Commission Support Service. Paula has always had a passion for families to be the best they can be, and in the family violence arena wanting women and children to live safe, happy lives, free from violence.

Michelle has worked in the Not for Profit Sector for more than six years. She has a passion for working with volunteers.

Beth has over 15 years of experience in the broadcast media industry where she has produced award winning social media content.
- MANAGER INTEGRATED FAMILY SERVICES
Jessica looks after the Art Therapy team and the Family Violence Case Management team at Emerge. The case management team consists of three family violence case managers and one children’s case manager supporting women and children fleeing family violence. The team support families both in crisis housing and in the community to rebuild their lives following their experiences of family violence.
